Have a desire to work independently and have control over your personal and professional growth.
Strong desire to build and form lasting relationships.

Have excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your sales business.
As a Real Estate Agent, You Will Be:
Network and prospect, new and past clients using our proven systems, skills, and models.
As a showing agent, show properties and work with home buyers.
Marketing properties and working with home sellers.
Phone duty answering phones for new business.
Negotiating contracts.
Host Open Houses.
Team building- Profit Share.
Business Development.
Training will include:
Sales Rocket- Skills Leads Systems training (Included in internship).
Assistance in obtaining your Real Estate License (Included in internship) Training with Vulcan7 prospecting systems.
Training with the CINC lead generation and client relations platform.
1 on 1 weekly coaching.
Introduction to Time Blocking.
Vets2PM Provides:
Mentorship and guidance via weekly SkillBridge intern Zoom Meetings.
PM Fundamentals course, Resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview skills course.
Other free resources, including an electronic copy of 'How to Speak Civilian Fluently.
' Other:
Not all internships include certification training by Vetes2PM, as many host companies include their own internship-focused training instead.
If selected for an internship with Vets2PM please read your approval email, letter, and training plan to be sure you understand what is included in your internship.
