Flexxon is looking for a Channel Partnership Development Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our channel partners to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities Develop and execute a channel sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall sales objectives.
This involves identifying the target market segments, defining channel partner profiles, and establishing sales targets and metrics for channel partners.
Identify and recruit suitable channel partners that have the potential to generate sales and contribute to revenue growth.
This includes assessing their sales capabilities, market presence, customer base, and compatibility with the company's products or services.
Collaborate with channel partners to develop and manage a sales pipeline that ensures consistent lead generation and conversion.
This includes monitoring the progress of sales opportunities, providing guidance on sales strategies, and supporting partners in closing deals.
Work closely with channel partners to set sales targets and monitor their performance against these targets.
Provide guidance, support, and motivation to help partners achieve their sales goals.
Implement strategies and initiatives to drive partner sales and maximize revenue generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within channel partner organizations.
Collaborate with partner sales teams, provide regular communication, address concerns, and ensure alignment of sales strategies and activities.
Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure effective collaboration and coordination in managing channel partnerships.
Provide support, resources, and information to internal sales teams to facilitate joint efforts and achieve shared sales goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement joint marketing programs and campaigns with channel partners.
Provide guidance on marketing strategies, share market insights, and ensure effective utilization of marketing resources to drive lead generation and sales.
Requirements 5
years of experience in hardware and computer channel partnership development sales in the industrial or technology sector Strong understanding of sales processes and channel partnership management strategies Significant experience in sales and channel management is typically required.
Candidates should have a strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing channel partner relationships.
Previous experience in business development, sales management, or partnership management is highly desirable.
A solid understanding of the industry in which the company operates is important.
Familiarity with the products or services being sold, as well as knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the industry, is valuable.
Experience in developing and managing channel partner programs is crucial.
